In plain words

Alas, within the undivided, which has no seams, māyā fabricates even a distinction among Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva. As freely as she likes, she sets even the wise spinning while they hold to a difference between Hari and Hara. She is expert at bringing off the impossible.

Close to the Sanskrit

Having fabricated — alas! — even the distinction of Vidhi, Hari and Hara within the partless, māyā, most expert at accomplishing what cannot be accomplished, sets whirling, and as freely as she pleases, even the wise, who now hold the notion of a difference between Hari and Hara.
