Praśnottararatnamālikā

Verse 18

In plain words

Even when life is at its very end, whose mind can never be mastered? That of the fool, the suspicious, the despondent, and the ungrateful.

Close to the Sanskrit

Even with life breaths having reached the throat, of whom indeed is the self not able to be conquered? Of the fool, of the suspicious, of the despondent, or of the ungrateful.
