Verse 58

कस्य न शोको यः स्याद्क्रोधः किं सुखं तुष्टिः ।को राजा रञ्चनकृत्कश्च श्वा नीचसेवको यः स्यात् ॥ ५७ ॥

In plain words

Who has no sorrow? He who has conquered anger. What is happiness? Contentment. Who is a true king? One who delights his subjects. And who is like a dog? He who serves the unworthy.
