। ॥ १८० ॥
In plain words
Liberation belongs to the one who has renounced; ritual action belongs to the householder. And action needs its equipment — a wife, the sacrificial ladle, the spoon, and everything else one has to own.
Close to the Sanskrit
The saṃnyāsī is the one entitled to liberation; the householder, indeed, in action. The means of action is the possession of wife, sruk, sruva, and the rest.
