। ॥ १९२ ॥
In plain words
Doubt and everything like it is wrapped up in a flaw of the instrument of knowing — it has no reality of its own. When the pramāṇa is śruti, and sound, the knowledge that comes is real.
Close to the Sanskrit
Doubt and the rest, being enveloped in a defect of the means of knowledge, is not real; when the śruti-pramāṇa is sound, knowledge becomes real.
