When the time of enjoyment arrives, the men who hold the posts from Brahmā on down enjoy them by degrees — just as rank is taken for granted among those admitted to a king's court.

At the time of enjoyment there would be, for men who partake of the stations beginning with Brahmā, a gradation — just as gradation is acknowledged for those who have entered the king's court.
