। ॥ ७९१ ॥
In plain words
Hold this one movement of mind and never let it go — unbroken, spotless, a wave of the highest bliss that has actually risen in you, and in it every cognition of two things has been shattered. Hold it without a night's break. Then delight in your own Self, in the supreme Brahman whose bliss nothing can be compared to — and let this blissful mode of mind wear away the karma that is still running out.
Close to the Sanskrit
Not letting go, ceaselessly, of this very vṛtti — unbroken, stainless, a surge of supreme bliss now actually arisen, in which the cognition of duality has been utterly shattered — delight in your own Self, in the supreme Brahman whose bliss is beyond compare; and by this blissful vṛtti, you, wear prārabdha away.
