In plain words
Liberation does not come through external robes or sectarian speech. It is abiding as the pure, undivided consciousness-self. To attain this, remain always established in your own Self, and renounce the ego and possessiveness toward every limitation.

Not by external garbs and languages is liberation of that person; (liberation is) abiding as the pure, undivided consciousness-self. For the attainment of that, established always in one's own Self, one should abandon I-ness and my-ness in the limiting adjunct.
