In plain words
Let an old man be ever so decrepit, repulsive to look at, and clumsy in romance—once he is touched by even a sidelong glance from You, hundreds of young women pursue him in frantic haste, their hair-braids coming undone, their garments sliding from their breasts, their girdles snapping, and their silks slipping away.
Close to the Sanskrit
An extremely old man, unpleasing to the eyes, and dull in dalliance, having fallen into the sidelong glance of Thee, hundreds of young women run after him, with their hair braids slipping, their garments loosened from their pitcher-like breasts, their waistbands suddenly snapping, and their silk clothes falling away.
