Other gods show with their hands that they grant boons and freedom from fear. You alone need no such gesture: your feet themselves rescue the frightened and give more than desire can ask, O refuge of the worlds.

The hosts of deities other than you bestow boons and fearlessness with their hands; you alone do not display gestures of boon-giving and protection. To save from fear and to grant a fruit beyond even desire, your two feet alone are capable, O refuge of the worlds.
