In plain words

Snow kills the lotus, but your feet make their home on the snowy mountain. The lotus closes at night, while they shine in its final watch. The lotus can only serve as Lakṣmī's seat, whereas your feet lavish boundless fortune on the Samayins, those who follow the Samaya tradition. Why wonder, Mother, that your feet surpass it?

Close to the Sanskrit

The lotus is destroyed by snow, while your feet alone are adept at dwelling on the snow-mountain. It sleeps at night, while your feet shine clear in the night's last watch. At best it is Lakṣmī's vessel, while your feet pour immeasurable prosperity upon the Samayins, followers of the Samaya path. O Mother, what wonder that your feet conquer the lotus?
