In plain words

May the Aṭṭahāsa, the great laughter of Aṣṭamūrti—the Lord of eight forms—bring you lasting, abundant joy. White and full with the flash of his teeth, it spreads like the flood of the celestial river and makes the three worlds gleam as though immersed in an ocean of foam, while its deep ha-ha-ha resounds with awe.

Close to the Sanskrit

May the Aṭṭahāsa—the loud laughter—of Aṣṭamūrti, the Lord of eight forms, visibly grant you the desired, abundant contentment here forever. By its radiance the three worlds shine as though immersed in an ocean of glittering foam-drops; intensely white, its spreading flood rivals the celestial river, full-bodied with the brilliance of his teeth and exceedingly terrible with repeated cries of “ha, ha, ha.”
