। ॥ १५ ॥
In plain words
May the Kālakūṭa poison thoroughly cleanse your heart. Though Pārvatī stops it from passing beyond his throat, it longs to rejoin the treasures that arose with it: the moon of his face, the Lakṣmī of his teeth, and the Kaustubha jewel of his lower lip. Resting in the deathless Lord and darkening his throat, the poison itself seems to offer a blessing.
Close to the Sanskrit
The Kālakūṭa longs to dwell beside those that arose with it—the moon of his face, the Lakṣmī of his teeth, and the great Kaustubha of his lower lip—though the mountain-born goddess bars its entrance; stationed at every step in the immortality of Death’s enemy and making his throat dark, it seems to pronounce blessings. May it thoroughly cleanse your heart.
