In plain words
Spotless. Supreme. Being, consciousness, bliss — not qualities he has, but what he is. Every quality of the world rests on him, and he rests on nothing. He is the one worth choosing. Vast, blazing, hidden in the cave of the heart, past the three guṇas, the point where happiness stops looking for more — light that no other light kindles. To Rāma I go for refuge.
Close to the Sanskrit
The utterly pure, the supreme, whose nature is being-consciousness-bliss; the support of the qualities, himself without support, most worthy to be chosen; the great, the shining, the one within the cave of the heart, the one beyond the qualities, the one in whom happiness ends, the self-luminous light — to Rāma I go for refuge.
