Verse 18

In plain words

Whoever knows you is holy; he is the one who counts; he is where I would take shelter — that man, right there. And you, Rāma, are the crest-jewel of the gods: Being itself as form, the One, consciousness and bliss by nature, past the reach of any thought or any word, the supreme abode.

Close to the Sanskrit

He is holy, he is worth reckoning, he is a refuge for me — this man, who knows you, O Rāma: the crest-jewel of the gods, whose form is Being, the One, whose nature is consciousness and bliss, unreachable by mind and speech, the supreme abode.
