In plain words
The whole universe rejoices on crumbs of its bliss. It shines by simply being, and only then does anything else shine. Every other form there is appears only when it is seen. That supreme, eternal Brahman — that is exactly what I am.
Close to the Sanskrit
That by the mere particles of whose bliss the universe is made joyful; which, shining in its own being, makes everything shine; in the beholding of which every other form entire appears — that supreme, eternal Brahman, that alone I am.
