In plain words
That knowing, spotless just as it has been shown to be, is the witness of everything — the supreme Self. No attribute ever attaches to that witness, which is being, consciousness, bliss.
Close to the Sanskrit
That knowledge, thus spotless, becomes the witness of the whole universe, the supreme Self. The witness, Being–Consciousness–Bliss, is not connected with those very attributes.
