Know that Brahman, and this whole world is known — all of it, nothing left over. Understand the clay that everything is made of, and you have already understood the pot, the water-jar, and every other thing shaped from it.

When that Brahman is known, this whole universe, without remainder, becomes known — just as, when the causal clay is known, pot, water-jar and the rest are understood.
