In plain words
Earth, atmosphere, heaven, the quarters, and the intermediate quarters. Fire, wind, sun, moon, and stars. Waters, herbs, trees, space, and the self—this is the objective view. Now for the subjective view: prāna, vyāna, apāna, udāna, and samāna. Eye, ear, mind, speech, and touch. Skin, flesh, tendon, bone, and marrow. Having organized all this, the seer declared: All this universe is grouped in fives; with the pentad he fulfills the pentad.
