सर्वं वै ते समस्तमन्नजातम् आप्नुवन्ति ।के ? ये अन्नं ब्रह्म यथोक्तम् उपासते ।कथम् ? अन्नजोऽन्नात्मान्नप्रलयोऽहम् , तस्मादन्नं ब्रह्म इति ।

In plain words

They indeed obtain all the nourishment the universe has to offer. Who are they? Those who meditate on food as Brahman, the Divine. And how do they meditate? By realizing: 'I am born of food, my body is made of food, and to food I will return. Therefore, food is Brahman.'

They indeed obtain all this entire food-creation. Who? Those who meditate on food as Brahman as described. How? 'I am born of food, my self is food, and my dissolution is in food; therefore, food is Brahman'—thus.
