In plain words

The conclusion of this inquiry is now summarized. The text asks: Who is this person hidden in the cave of the heart, within the supreme ether—the one who, having projected the entire universe from space down to the physical body of food, has himself entered deep within it? That very presence is investigated here. Who is he? He is the person within man. And who is that presence in the sun, whose supreme bliss is directly known by the wise, and upon a mere fraction of which all creatures from Brahmā downward subsist? That same reality is pointed out in the solar orb. Just as the space enclosed within various pots is ultimately one undivided space, so too is this presence one and non-dual.

This fruit of the inquiry is summarized: 'And who is this person...' Who is in the cave in the supreme ether, having created the effect beginning with space up to the food-sheath, entered into that very same thing—he is ascertained as 'Who is this?' Which one? This person in man. And who is that in the sun, whose supreme bliss, pointed out as visible to the Vedic scholar, a fraction of which beings beginning with Brahmā well-measured live upon—that who is in the sun is pointed out. He is one, like the oneness of pot-spaces in different locations.
