In plain words
Accumulate food in abundance; that is the vow. The earth is food, and space is its consumer. Space rests upon the earth, and the earth rests upon space. Thus food rests upon food. Whoever knows this mutual grounding of food becomes firmly established. He becomes richly supplied with provisions and master of what is consumed, growing great in offspring, cattle, spiritual radiance, and enduring fame.
Close to the Sanskrit
Food should be made abundant. That is the vow. Earth indeed is food, space is the eater of food. Space is established in the earth, earth is established in space. This food is established in food. He who knows this food established in food becomes established. He becomes a possessor of food and an eater of food. He becomes great by progeny, by cattle, by spiritual brilliance. He becomes great by fame.
