। ॥ २३ ॥
In plain words
Your youth only half-opened, and pride in it holding nothing back; your divine ornaments fling out rays of light — on you, O Goddess, Viṣṇu, Kaiṭabha’s enemy, once meditated. And so he bears the universe: he is the navel of the world.
Close to the Sanskrit
Having meditated of old on you, O Goddess — you whose pride is unrestrained with half-opened youth, casting forth rays by your divine ornaments — the enemy of Kaiṭabha bears the universe, the navel of the world.
