। ॥ ४९ ॥
In plain words
Umā, if anyone works sorcery or any rite like it and looses a kṛtyā on me — let your huṃkāra strike her with terror, and let her turn around and go straight back to the man who made her.
Close to the Sanskrit
Whoever, O Umā, by sorcery and the like, sends a kṛtyā against me — she, terror-struck by your huṃkāra, let her go back and reach the doer himself.
