Without breath, no action. Without intellect, no one who knows. So neither knowledge nor ignorance is mine — my light is consciousness, and nothing else.
Close to the Sanskrit
For one who is without prāṇa there is no action; in the absence of buddhi there is no knower. Therefore knowledge and ignorance do not exist for me, whose light is consciousness alone.
