In plain words

Vidyā and avidyā — knowledge and ignorance — are the two the Veda names for us: one whose seeing is oneness, one whose seeing is difference. So scripture enjoins knowledge, and enjoins it with everything you have.

Close to the Sanskrit

Knowledge and ignorance are the two declared by śruti, having, for us, the notions of oneness and of otherness. Therefore, in the scripture, knowledge is enjoined with all effort.
