In plain words

Nothing outside, nothing in between, nothing inside — nowhere at all is there anything other than yourself. Śruti says it flatly: no outer, no inner, not a single thing. So what you are is pure, and shines by its own light.

Close to the Sanskrit

Nothing other than the Self is found anywhere — neither outer, nor in the middle, nor inner; because of the śruti '[Brahman is] without outside and without inside', not anything [is found]. Therefore [the Self is] pure, self-luminous.
