In plain words
O mind, I am consciousness by my own nature, and nothing besides. Your involvement with taste and the rest is the work of delusion — yours, not mine. So nothing you do can produce any result for me: in me every distinction has fallen away.
Close to the Sanskrit
O mind, [my] very nature is consciousness by itself alone; your connection with taste and the rest is caused by delusion. Therefore no fruit at all could arise for me from your activity, because of the absence of all distinctions.
