In plain words

The seer, the seen, and the act of seeing are all an illusion; this entire triad is merely projected by your own mind. No object of perception can ever be found separate from Consciousness itself; just as in a dream, so too in the waking state, there is no real division between them.

Close to the Sanskrit

The seer and the seen and likewise the seeing is an illusion; all that is imagined by you, indeed, that is. And the seen is not indeed perceived as different from the Seer; while dreaming and likewise in waking, it is not divided.
