In plain words
Duality is unreal — and unreal even on your own terms: all the duality that you perceive. But to say of its basis, 'it is not seen', is not to say that it is nothing at all. The sorting of things into 'it is' and 'it is not' starts up from somewhere. So, as inquiry also shows, the non-dual is what is real.
Close to the Sanskrit
All the duality that is seen is unreal, even for you. But 'it is not seen' does not establish non-existence. That from which the imagining of existence and non-existence proceeds is real and non-dual, as inquiry also shows.
