Vākyavṛttiḥ

Verse 14

सत्यानन्दस्वरूपं धीसाक्षिणं बोधविग्रहम् ।चिन्तयात्मतया नित्यं त्यक्त्वा देहादिगां धियम् ॥ १२ ॥

In plain words

Let go of the thoughts clinging to the body and its adjuncts. Constantly meditate on yourself as the witness of the intellect—the very embodiment of awareness, whose nature is pure truth and bliss.
