In plain words

May the soft, dark beauty of Murari's cheeks—blended with the ruby glow of His great golden earrings and outshining an emerald mirror bright with morning sun—dispel all our coming sorrows.

Close to the Sanskrit

May that tender and dark expanse of Murari's two cheeks—intermingled with the spreading ruby-radiance of the bright makara-shaped golden earrings resting on the ears, and stealing the form of an emerald mirror shining with rising sunbeams—dispel our impending deep calamity.
