In plain words

Desires do not rise from him, as clusters of blossoms do not from a stone; and those that do arise are all he alone, like waves in the waters. All this is he, and he is all -- the whole world entire; there is no division here at all. He, whose one form is the purifying supreme puruṣa, is 'sat'; and that sat is nothing whatever -- he is not.
