Therefore live long, depending upon that pure and lordly portion [of the Self]. You live, you desire, you strike, you go, you frisk about - in vain. Whatever is done, by whose power it is done, that action belongs to that very one alone: the sickle cuts by the power of the man, and it is the man who is called 'the reaper.'
