स्वात्मन्येवावतिष्ठेऽहं तुर्यरूपपदे स्थितः ।अतो नास्त्येव नास्त्येव संसारे चित्तमस्थिति

I abide in my own Self alone, established in the state whose form is the Fourth. Therefore, truly, there is not -- there is simply not -- any unstable citta within saṃsāra.
