A face in a mirror has no existence apart from the face it reflects. So the individual appearing in the intellect as reflected consciousness has no separate reality of its own. I am the Self, non-dual and ever established.

The face reflected in a mirror is not a reality apart from the face. Likewise the individual, the reflection of consciousness appearing in the intellect, is not even slightly an independent reality apart from Him whose nature is consciousness. I am that non-dual, ever-established Self.
