In dull, inert conditions such as stone and earth, existence alone is evident. In agitated states driven by desire and passion, bliss is obscured while existence and consciousness appear. In the quiet, sattvic mind all three—Sat, Cit and Ānanda—shine clearly. Therefore release dullness and agitation and cultivate the peace in which bliss is revealed.
