। ॥
In plain words
O Kāmākṣī, your blossoming smile, though it shines with the grace of a white autumn cloud, which has no rain, pours streams of compassion and cools the worlds. A wonder. And at the sight of it the heart of Nīlakaṇṭha, swung by eagerness, plays freely, as the peacock dances at the sight of clouds.
Word for word
Bearing the autumn-cloud-grace-state, shining though this, Kāmākṣī, smile-blossom scatters your compassion-stream-juice; wonder: cools the worlds and; seeing and it, ah, freely plays the Nīlakaṇṭha-heart, eagerness-swung.
