ओं नमः शिवाय निखिलतत्त्वात्मनेअथपराप्रावेशिकाश्रीमन्महामाहेश्वराचार्यवर्यक्षेमराजविरचिता ।विश्वात्मिकां तदुत्तीर्णां हृदयं परमेशितुः ।परादिशक्तिरूपेण स्फुरन्तीं संविदं नुमः ॥

In plain words

Oṃ. Homage to Śiva, whose self is all the tattvas. Now: the Parāprāveśikā, composed by the venerable Kṣemarāja, great devotee of Śiva and best of teachers. We praise saṃvid, whose self is the universe and which passes beyond it, the Supreme Lord's heart, shining forth in the form of Parā and the other powers.
