In plain words
Attention to the seed. Yet even so he must not become indifferent; rather: Is to be practised: the words are to be supplied. The seed is the cause of the universe, the supreme power, whose nature is pulsing radiance. As the Mṛtyujit Bhaṭṭāraka says, beginning: "She is the womb of all the gods, and of the powers in their many kinds; the womb made of fire and soma: from her everything goes forth." On that seed, which is the supreme power, attention is to be practised: settling the mind there again and again.
