Śivasūtra with Kṣemarāja's Vimarśinī

In plain words

As there, so elsewhere. This free state of his: As the yogin's own manifestation arose there, in the body in which it arose, so it arises elsewhere, everywhere, for one who is always attentive. As the Svacchanda says: "Free, and free, let the free one wander always." And the Spanda too: "He gains it by striving for it: that reality is to be examined with care, from which this freedom, unmade, is his everywhere."
