In plain words
And since these too are to be bowed to by us out of the surge of devotion to You, therefore: O Lord, O Bhava, the longing to dwell upon the state that is Yours, a longing skilled at cutting off the fear of being born again: to whom is it not pleasing? ‘The state that is Yours’, that is, Your own nature, a mass of cit and ānanda; ‘to dwell upon’ it, that is, to grasp it in pratyavamarśa as one's own; ‘the longing’, that is, the desire, the faith: to what great mind is it not pleasing? The meaning is: it shines for everyone. Of what kind is it? ‘Skilled’, that is, able, ‘at cutting off the fear of being born again’, that is, at uprooting the dread of another birth.
