In plain words
And since in every state there shines forth only the being made of the Great Lord, whose nature is a host of ānanda, therefore: Though I have thought in my mind, O Supreme Lord, ‘what use is pride?’, with the pride ‘I am made of You’, do I not, for joy, fit within myself? Even having ‘thought in my mind’, that is, even having settled, that the ‘pride’, that is, the conceit, in the state even of Brahmā and the rest, who do this emanation and that, a state that perishes, is of ‘what use?’, that is, of none at all: O ‘Supreme Lord’, that is, surpassing the universe, with the ‘pride’, that is, the great self-regard, opened forth under the sway of the recognition of Your nature, ‘I am made of You’, with the ‘joy’, that is, the gladness, that comes of it, ‘do I not fit’ in this very self? Rather, I do fit: the meaning is, I shine forth in fullness. Or else: though I give up all self-regard, how has the joy born of the pride ‘I am made of You’ made me such that I do not fit in my very self, that is, do not stay within it?
