In plain words
And since this is how it has come to be, so he says: I too am the one whose Self You are, You whose form is radiance and whose resolve is true: am I then a saṃsārin? Is this, O Lord, a dream? Yet how could even that be in You? ‘Whose’, that is, mine: ‘whose form is radiance’, that is, dense with prakāśa, ‘whose resolve is true’, that is, made of the real vimarśa of the full I, ‘the Self’, that is, the very being; ‘that one too’ am ‘I’, whose form is an expanse such as this. ‘A saṃsārin’, that is, one who abides in the state of saṃsāra: am I that? Not at all; rather, I, this one here, am You alone, shining forth in full plainness. But as for what shines forth in the state of emergence, flooded with the impressions of the savour of samādhi, as a slight seeming of being a saṃsārin, through a predominance of the body and the rest to some small degree: is that ‘a dream’? A dream is conceived where the plain state of being the knower as the body and the rest is absent and something alone appears; and that is not fitting ‘in You’, whose form is cit alone, since You alone are my Self, made of the expanse of turya and turyātīta. Then whose dream should appear, when there is no one at all to be the ground of its appearing? So in every way there is no shining forth of being a saṃsārin, not even by error; and so I am ever Śiva alone.
