अथाध्यात्मम् ।यः प्राणे तिष्ठन् प्राणादन्तरो यं प्राणो न वेद यस्य प्राणः शरीरं यः प्राणमन्तरो यमयति एष त आत्मान्तर्याम्यमृतः ॥३,७.१६ ॥

Now with respect to the self. He who dwells in the breath, yet is within the breath, whom the breath does not know, whose body the breath is, who from within controls the breath — he is thy Self, the inner controller, the immortal.
