In plain words
Let a man worship speech as a cow. She has four udders: the call svāhā, the call vaṣaṭ, the call hanta and the call svadhā. On two of her udders the gods live, on svāhā and vaṣaṭ; on hanta men live; on svadhā the fathers live. Her bull is the breath, and her calf the mind.
