दुहितुः पाण्डित्यं गृहतन्त्रविषयमेव, वेदेऽनधिकारात् । तिलौदनं कृशरम् ॥

In plain words

A daughter's learning here means only what she needs to run a household — since women have no standing to study the Veda itself. And 'sesame-rice' is simply a dish of rice cooked with sesame.

Close to the Sanskrit

A daughter's learning pertains only to the domain of household management, since [women] lack eligibility with respect to the Veda. 'Sesame-rice' [is] a rice-and-sesame dish.
