In plain words
He who knows the Vairūpa chant thus woven upon the rain-god wins cattle of every form, both fair and ill-formed, reaches his full span of life, lives long, becomes great in offspring and cattle, great in renown. Let him not speak ill of the raining sky: that is the vow.
