स समित्पाणिः पुनरेयाय तं ह प्रजापतिरुवाच मघवन्यच्छान्तहृदयः प्राव्राजीः किमिच्छन्पुनरागम इति स होवाच तद्यद्यपीदं भगवः शरीरमन्धं भवत्यनन्धः स भवति यदि स्राममस्रामो नैवैषोऽस्य दोषेण दुष्यति ॥ ८.१०.३ ॥

He came back with fuel in his hand. Prajāpati said to him, "Maghavan, thou didst go away with a contented heart; desiring what hast thou come back?" He said, "Sir, even though this body be blind, that one is not blind; if the body be lame, that one is not lame; it is not marred by the body's defect.
