नाविरतो दुश्चरितान्नाशान्तो नासमाहितः ।नाशान्तमानसो वापि प्रज्ञानेनैनमाप्नुयात् ॥ २४ ॥
In plain words
One who has not desisted from misconduct, who is not at peace, who is not concentrated, or whose mind is not tranquil — such a one could not attain Him even through [right] knowledge.
